ABOUT MAGGI
Maggi noodles popularly also known as instant 2-minute noodles are made of wheat flour. They come with a pack of flavorful, spicy tastemaker. It makes a great snack and sometimes a complete meal also. A delicious dish to complement your evening tea, here’s the Masala Maggi recipe for you.
INGREDIENTS FOR MASALA MAGGI:
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- ½ carrot (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
- ½ tomato (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 pack Maggi noodles
- 1 pack tastemaker
- 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR MASALA MAGGI
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and saute 2 cloves of garlic and half an onion.
- Add half a carrot (finely chopped), 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum, half a tomato (chopped) and 2 tbsp of sweet corn.
- Saute until the vegetables turn crunchy.
- Further add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp salt and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
- Add 1 cup of water and get to a boil.
- Now roughly break 1 pack of Maggi noodles into smaller chunks. Sprinkle the masala given provided in the packet on the noodles.
- Mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
- Finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy this delicious masaledar Maggi.
INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESY MAGGI:
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
- ½ tomato (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
- 1 pack maggi noodles
- 1 pack tastemaker
- 2 slice cheese
- 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHEESY MAGGI
- In a pan heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 clove garlic, ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp mixed herbs and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
- Add half an onion, 2 tbsp spring onion and saute slightly.
- Add 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum, half a tomato (chopped) and 2 tbsp of sweet corn and saute until the vegetables turn crunchy.
- Add 1 cup of water and get to a boil.
- Now roughly break 1 pack of Maggi noodles into smaller chunks. Sprinkle the masala given provided in the packet on the noodles.
- Mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
- Now add 2 slices of cheese and mix until the cheese melts completely. If the noodles are thick, then add water if required.
- Finally, add 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy cheesy Maggi.
INGREDIENTS FOR SPICY CURRY MAGGI:
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 chilli (slit)
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup tomato puree
- 2 tbsp beans (chopped)
- ½ carrot (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 1 cup water
- 1 pack of Maggi noodles
- 1 pack tastemaker
- 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPICY CURRY MAGGI
- Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan and add 2 cloves of garlic, 2 chillies and saute slightly.
- Add half an onion and saute until the onions shrink slightly.
- Add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp Kasuri methi and ¼ tsp salt.
- Saute until the spices turn aromatic.
- Further, add ½ cup of tomato puree and saute until the tomato puree thickens.
- Now add 2 tbsp beans, half a carrot (chopped), 2 tbsp of capsicum (chopped) and 2 tbsp of sweet corn. Saute for a minute, or until the vegetables turn crunchy.
- Add 1 cup of water and get to a boil.
- Now roughly break 1 pack of Maggi noodles into smaller chunks. Sprinkle the masala given provided in the packet on the noodles.
- Mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
- Finally, add 2 tbsp of coriander and enjoy Spicy Curry Maggi.
INGREDIENTS FOR CHILLI GARLIC MAGGI:
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 chilli (slit)
- 2 clove garlic (finelt chopped)
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
- 2 tsp chilli sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 pack maggi noodles
- few capsicums (chopped)
- 1 pack tastemaker
- 2 tbsp spring onion (finely chopped)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHILLI GARLIC MAGGI
- Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan and add 2 cloves of garlic, 2 chillies and saute slightly.
