Masala Maggi Recipe - Selvel Global

Masala Maggi Recipe everybody’s first-time experiments in the kitchen, Maggi! By far the quickest and easiest thing to make, while also making your tummy full. 

ABOUT MAGGI

Maggi noodles popularly also known as instant 2-minute noodles are made of wheat flour. They come with a pack of flavorful, spicy tastemaker. It makes a great snack and sometimes a complete meal also. A delicious dish to complement your evening tea, here’s the Masala Maggi recipe for you.

INGREDIENTS FOR MASALA MAGGI:

  1. 2 tsp oil
  2. 2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  3. ½ onion (finely chopped)
  4. ½ carrot (finely chopped)
  5. 2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
  6. ½ tomato (chopped)
  7. 2 tbsp sweet corn
  8. ¼ tsp turmeric
  9. ½ tsp chili powder
  10. ¼ tsp salt
  11. 1 cup water
  12. 1 pack Maggi noodles
  13. 1 pack tastemaker
  14. 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR MASALA MAGGI

  1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and saute 2 cloves of garlic and half an onion.
  2. Add half a carrot (finely chopped), 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum, half a tomato (chopped) and 2 tbsp of sweet corn.
  3. Saute until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  4. Further add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp salt and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  5. Add 1 cup of water and get to a boil.
  6. Now roughly break 1 pack of Maggi noodles into smaller chunks. Sprinkle the masala given provided in the packet on the noodles.
  7. Mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  8. Finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy this delicious masaledar Maggi.

 

INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESY MAGGI:

  1. 1 tsp butter
  2. 2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  3. ½ tsp chilli flakes
  4. ½ tsp mixed herbs
  5. ½ onion (finely chopped)
  6. 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
  7. ½ tomato (chopped)
  8. 2 tbsp sweet corn
  9. 2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
  10. 1 pack maggi noodles
  11. 1 pack tastemaker
  12. 2 slice cheese
  13. 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHEESY MAGGI

  1. In a pan heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 clove garlic, ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp mixed herbs and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  2. Add half an onion, 2 tbsp spring onion and saute slightly.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum, half a tomato (chopped) and 2 tbsp of sweet corn and saute until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  4. Add 1 cup of water and get to a boil.
  5. Now roughly break 1 pack of Maggi noodles into smaller chunks. Sprinkle the masala given provided in the packet on the noodles.
  6. Mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  7. Now add 2 slices of cheese and mix until the cheese melts completely. If the noodles are thick, then add water if required.
  8. Finally, add 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy cheesy Maggi.

INGREDIENTS FOR SPICY CURRY MAGGI:

  1. 1 tsp butter
  2. 2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  3. 2 chilli (slit)
  4. ½ onion (finely chopped)
  5. ¼ tsp turmeric
  6. ½ tsp chilli powder
  7. ½ tsp coriander powder
  8. ¼ tsp cumin powder
  9. ½ tsp garam masala
  10. 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  11. ¼ tsp salt
  12. ½ cup tomato puree
  13. 2 tbsp beans (chopped)
  14. ½ carrot (finely chopped)
  15. 2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
  16. 2 tbsp sweet corn
  17. 1 cup water
  18. 1 pack of Maggi noodles
  19. 1 pack tastemaker
  20. 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPICY CURRY MAGGI

  1. Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan and add 2 cloves of garlic, 2 chillies and saute slightly.
  2. Add half an onion and saute until the onions shrink slightly.
  3. Add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp Kasuri methi and ¼ tsp salt.
  4. Saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  5. Further, add ½ cup of tomato puree and saute until the tomato puree thickens.
  6. Now add 2 tbsp beans, half a carrot (chopped), 2 tbsp of capsicum (chopped) and 2 tbsp of sweet corn. Saute for a minute, or until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  7. Add 1 cup of water and get to a boil.
  8. Now roughly break 1 pack of Maggi noodles into smaller chunks. Sprinkle the masala given provided in the packet on the noodles.
  9. Mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  10. Finally, add 2 tbsp of coriander and enjoy Spicy Curry Maggi.

INGREDIENTS FOR CHILLI GARLIC MAGGI:

  1. 2 tsp oil
  2. 2 chilli (slit)
  3. 2 clove garlic (finelt chopped)
  4. ½ onion (finely chopped)
  5. 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
  6. 2 tsp chilli sauce
  7. 2 tsp soy sauce
  8. ¼ tsp pepper powder
  9. 1 cup water
  10. 1 pack maggi noodles
  11. few capsicums (chopped)
  12. 1 pack tastemaker
  13. 2 tbsp spring onion (finely chopped)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHILLI GARLIC MAGGI

  1. Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan and add 2 cloves of garlic, 2 chillies and saute slightly.
  2. Add half an onion and 2 tbsp spring onion. Saute until the onions shrink slightly. 
  3. Now add 2 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce and ¼ tsp pepper powder. Saute until the sauces turn aromatic.
  4. Add 1 cup of water and get to a boil.
  5. Now roughly break 1 pack of Maggi noodles into smaller chunks. Sprinkle the masala given provided in the packet on the noodles.
  6. Mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  7. Finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy chilli garlic Maggi.
